Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Gloucester will be visiting the Isle of Wight later this month.
She will carry out a number of engagements across the Island on Wednesday, 19 April.
At St Mary's Hospital, she will officially open the newly-built Isle of Wight NHS Trust ambulance station, taking a guided tour of the facility and meeting operational staff and teams behind the running of the service.
She will also be showing her support to the Island Games team that is travelling to compete in Guernsey later in the year. She will give thanks to the team's two longest standing main sponsors — kit sponsor ICR TOUCH and Red Funnel which has sponsored the team travel.
The Duchess of Gloucester will also visit the West Wight Dementia Friendly Choir, who meet every Wednesday in Freshwater.
The choir is made up of people living with dementia, their family members and some carers and provides a couple of hours' joy and respite to all concerned.
Finally, she will visit Home-Start IOW, a voluntary organisation that offers support to parents and carers with at least one child under five to help them with the challenges of family life.
